Anyways, sometimes doing co-op pays off. I recommend trying the crystal lizards in the great hollow before farming the dark wraiths.
It's tricky but there are some good youtube videos that show a walkthrough of the area. Great combustion it's very effective. There are 10 lizards there and all have a chance of dropping a slab.
On my runs I usually get at least 2, sometimes 3 slabs. Good luck. I feel kind of bad for don't completing siegmyer's quest in my recent plays I'm trying to get platinum so my patience for making these stuff is pretty weak and end up with only one slab. Uhh I didnt get one from the Stray demon in Asylum revisited?
I'm assuming a glitch which Farmed two slabs in an hour, farmed one balder side sword in about 2 hours. Side note, the vagrant that spawns sometimes really freshens up the whole farming experience. Had two spawn within an hour. Some people must have been having a really bad day lol. Was lucky enough to get a slab on my first farming run for the evening but unlucky that my invasion spot happened to be between the host and his help lol.
This isn't my first time farming slabs in New Londo, but this just happened and I thought it was hilarious. I went down to New Londo to farm chunks off of Darkwraiths, and on the first Darkwraith that I killed, I got a slab and a dark hand. Last time I farmed Darkwraiths, I did it for a good hour and got only chunks. Good luck my friends for good RNG on farming these bad boys!
There's some play throughs where I will spend hours farming for slabs in New Londo but not my current one! Because I got 3, yes 3, slabs from the blessed lizards of the Great Hollow and 2 red titianite chunks as well and I haven't even gotten to Sen's Fortress yet.
I was farming for slabs in New Londo and also had my summoning sign down for the boss fight just to break up the monotony. Got summoned and either the guy realized he didn't have the ring or he just wanted to be a troll.
Follow where the Crystal Sage is going. The second appearance of the Sage will be on the same floor as a lever. Interacting with it will lower a bookshelf on the floor above. Enter the new room to find a chest that contains a Titanite Slab.
Before players fight the Lothric Twin Princes, they will find a rooftop that has three Golden Winged Knights patrolling a circular roof. Kill these three enemies to obtain a Titanite Slab. An elevator shortcut to the Lothric Princes can be found near the first Grand Archives bonfire. Instead of heading up the elevator, step on the plate but immediately run off of the elevator. A second elevator will appear in its place. Ride this platform down to find a third Titanite Slab.
After defeating the Ancient Wyvern in Archdragon Peak , players will be teleported to a new area. Proceed as normal until reaching the Great Belfry Bonfire. Look for a ladder near the crumbled ruins to find a deceased wyvern and a Havel NPC.
He is protecting the Titanite Slab on the wyvern's corpse, so players can either choose to defeat Havel and grab it or risk grabbing it while he's still alive. One of the hardest Titanite Slabs to obtain can be found after defeating the Nameless King.
Head to the final Archdragon Peak bonfire to find a giant bell. Ring it and head through the fog gate below to face the Nameless King. Defeating him will remove the fog from the zone, revealing a plethora of items on the ground. One of these items is a Titanite Slab. From the Depths of the Painting bonfire, head towards the various Tree Women and look for a small area with a sole Smouldering Tree Woman. Run up to it and kill it. This could be an annoying slab to grab since this lever is between two bookcases with ghostly arms that can curse you. Head back downstairs to the area where you first saw one of those pools where you can dip your head in wax. Go forward from there and you should see an opening where that bookcase used to be. Walk through that new area and there will be a chest containing your titanite slab.
The next slab can be quite a hassle to get as it requires you to defeat three tough enemies. From the elevator that unlocks after defeating a trio of NPC characters , go forward through the doorway, up some steps, and turn left. You should soon be on the rooftops before a tall building.
Once you get close enough, three gold Winged Knights will descend from the top.
