Adult Written by olmolkmolm June 1, Battlefield BC 2 Great not violent at all. Good for all ages above I'm a christian parent so i don't want my kids playing really violent games. This is a great alternative to other shooters! Adult Written by jdfiojfd June 1, Adult Written by thehandyman August 22, Depending on settings it could be a T rated game The violence really isn't that bad, a puff of blood when an enemy gets shot, and knife attacks are not gruesome or anything.
Its war. If you turn speech off and subtitles a 13 year old could play it. If you leave speech on and play it, I personally wouldn't play it and I'm This title contains: Language. Adult Written by Mommyrater99 August 31, Listen to me please! I think that this game is good for kids 12 and up my 12 loves it. But I don't want him going around saying he can play m rated games bc I think some games are alot different than this.
For example call of duty games are not good for his age theirs a giant difference. That game is full of curse words and I don't like that. Sure there are some here and their but you can't tell me your son Doesn't here at least 1 curse word a day at school. I remember when I was at school and I'd here them like nonstop. And the f word is pnly used 1 or 2 in the whole game. Adult Written by ChristianParentof3 July 7, Good game As a parent that is a Christian its hard to find games that are okay for my 8 year old my 12 year old and my 14 year old.
Alot of Call of duty games i see i dont want my kids playing, but this game is different. I have tried out all battlefield series even the newest 3 and can say the only issue is violence. The characters in the game are pretty good role models, as they are trying to save their country. Positive role models. Appropriate for most teens I'm 14 years old and I just recently got to play Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
This game is a first person shooter which takes place in many parts of historical American wars such as the Second World War and the Cold War. You get to pursue the roles of American soldiers as they fight Japanese and Russian soldiers throughout the game. Players use a variety of old guns such as assault rifles, pistols, carbines, shotguns and grenade launchers to kill the enemy soldiers they encounter.
Although gore and particularly detailed blood aren't an issue in this game, the game does use an engine which allows almost all of the environment to be destroyed realistically which can vary from putting a dent in a pole to blowing up an entire house at your will. These features are encouraged by the fact that you may occasionally have to use them to kill an enemy soldier or complete a mission. Also, the words f-ck and sh-t can be heard in context, however, they are used less frequently than other first person titles such as CoD and Medal of Honor.
This game does go online but exposes the player to content no worse than what they may see in the solo missions. Personally, I think that if you're a parent and you're ok with your child being exposed to some strong language and realistic explosions, then you're ok. Kid, 10 years old May 5, Great game and story line. It does use some f-bombs and other stuff like that. This title contains: Language. Teen, 13 years old Written by cerealkiller March 6, This, and Call Of Duty make my cup of tea.
Yeah, yeah although it is very realistic and violent portrayed in graphic manner and there's huge amounts of language,if you are a mature 14 you should be able to handle it. I got this when I was 12 but I'm not violent. Because this is all military violence. If you ask me,COD is much more violent and bloody than this.
When you shoot people, vast crimson mists erupt from wounds but nothing you wouldn't see on the other side of the road. I know what I'm talking about as I played it for over a year on my Xbox and one can tell how violent it is by just less than fifteen minutes of gameplay. So,if your kid can handle it,get this for his birthday and hell love you for life.
Kid, 11 years old February 5, Second, cussing is ridiculous and extreme, and there is no way to turn it off. Blood is way higher than most games, drinking and smoking in videos occurs often. Has good roll models who are very brave and patriotic. Kid, 12 years old January 7, Good game i loved the game but i hate the network runner EA.
Don't even bother with the multiplayer EA wouldn't let me go online. Teen, 15 years old Written by Manfred September 27, This title contains: Educational Value. These were times when humans had little answer for the ruthless rise of machinery; a notion best represented by the semi-fictional Behemoths of Battlefield 1 that were designed specifically to annihilate the winning team and balance out the battle. I think about the tight, shamelessly console-friendly game that was 's Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on Xbox In a way, Bad Company 2 had no right to be as good as it is.
Previous Battlefield games already had higher player limits, jets and sprawling maps, so removing all of that surely seemed like a backward step.
Is a battle with up to 24 players even a battle, or is it just a bit of a scrap?
